Most items will ship the day after your order is placed. Because we are a small company, there are occasions when we are out of the office for events or holidays, so it may take a few days before items ship. In this case, we will make every effort to contact you to alert you to the delay.

If you are a school teacher using a school issued credit card, you may be blocked from using your card at danceinabox.com. There are 2 options to get around this…
- Call the issuing company of your credit card to have them unblock danceinabox.com.
- Use your paypal account. Just link your credit card to your paypal account and choose to use your card, or your bank account, as your form of payment.

We are very selective with the outside products sold in our store. They all must meet a strict criteria that demonstrates value to our clients, tried & true methods, and stellar customer support.
