How can I register for a workshop?
If you are registering as a solo attendee, you can register online here. If you would like to register as a group of 2 or more attendees from the same facility, please call our office at 310-755-4973 to receive your group discount.

Do you offer group discounts?
Group discounts are available when 2 or more attendees from the same facility attend a live workshop together. We are happy to offer a 15% discount on the 2nd and higher registration from the same facility.

What happens if the course is cancelled by the RWID?
Rhythm Works Integrative Dance reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. Rhythm Works Integrative Dance is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements or expenses incurred by attendee if the workshop is cancelled due to any reason. In the event of a cancellation, 100% of workshop fees can either by refunded, or held as credit to be applied towards another Rhythm Works Integrative Dance workshop.

What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellation requests must be done via email to tricia@rhythmworksid.com and refunds will be determined by date stamp of email. Refunds are available minus the following Cancellation Fees: $30 if cancelled before 60 days prior to the 1st day of the workshop, $75 if cancelled between 31-60 days prior to the 1st day of the workshop, $200 if cancelled between 15-30 days prior to the 1st day of the workshop, NO REFUNDS starting 14 days prior to the 1st day of the workshop.

How are complaints handled?
Our staff here at Dance – In a Box and Rhythm Works Integrative Dance strive to provide excellence in everything we do. If disputes or complaints do arise, they will be taken care of promptly according to the following process:
a) Please send an email to tricia@rhythmworksid.com detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction.
b) Resolution of any situation not specifically mentioned in our policies will be mutually agreed to by both parties.

Are special accommodations provided?
We make every effort to insure that all of our facilities are ADA compliant when possible. Food allergies are also taken into consideration. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks prior to the workshop start date at tricia@rhythmworksid.com with any special requests, and we’ll do our best to assist you!

Are CEUs offered for the live workshops?
The 2-day Rhythm Works Integrative Dance course is a total of 13.25 working hours (does not include lunches and breaks). The 3-day Rhythm Works Integrative Dance course is a total of 16.75 working hours (does not include lunches and breaks). We are currently in the application phase to become a preferred provider for AOTA. If you would like to receive CEUs for your professional licensing requirements, please submit a request to RWID and we will do our best to supply the necessary requirements to the accrediting agency. In order to receive CEUs, the learner must be present and participate in all aspects of the workshop, including submitting a written exam and exit course evaluation. Sign-in and sign-out sheets will be used to track attendance. Partial credit will not be awarded.

Can I request proof of attendance after I meet the requirements to complete the course?
Yes! Just send us an email to tricia@rhythmworksid.com and we’ll be happy to provide a letter of completion. Please provide your RWID Provider Number, your name and phone number to ensure that information is only given to you. All 3 criteria must match up with our records before any information will be released to the requestor.

Will my private information stay private?
Absolutely! Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Your will choose which pieces information you’d like to include in your online Approved Provider Profile. All other information will be kept in a password protected file to be used for administrative purposes only. We will never sell or provide your information to a 3rd party. We do not keep credit card information on file. All payments and subscriptions are processed by a 3rd party processor, who maintains top security procedures.

What is considered a passing score in order to become an official Rhythm Works Integrative Dance Instructor?
A minimum of 70% must be scored on the written exam in order to pass and become a Rhythm Works Integrative Dance Certified Instructor.
